Changing "Throw Selected Pokemon" Mouse Keybind bug

If you change the keybind "R" to Button 5 on the mouse, it makes it so when you battle a Pokemon you can't toggle the ability to walk around without hitting "Esc" first. If it's changed to any key on the keyboard it works.

This issue was found in 1.6.
