Add K8 Support

Add support for deploying containers on a k8s cluster

Acceptance Critera

• Containers can be deployed on a cluster with all container dependencies already setup
• Container deployment manifest can be templated and for specific needs
• Containers have appropriate labels applied
• Containers have appropriate environment variables set
