[Feature] Need better icons

The current icons are not so great. If anybody has some designer blood in their veins, I would gladly accept PRs.

Restrictions:

• the GPLv3 logo is from the official site, please don't change that. But if you do, make sure to use the original as source.
• the last line is for the language icons. The horizontal placement is important (indexed by the language code), and they should work both on dark and light backgrounds.
• any true color icons will work, but DawnBringer32 is preferred for consistency, see https://gitlab.com/bztsrc/meg4/-/raw/main/src/misc/palette.png
