Replace 'request' with 'axios'

'request' v2.88.2 is the latest version with vulnerabilities. There are not going to be any fixes since the library had been deprecated.

new feature was added with 'axios'. It would be best to keep consistency and remove absolute code from the repository.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
