Crash from nfsrahead in nfs-utils 2.8.6
---
### Check-list
- [X] I did not find the issue in the existing issues
- [X] I can reproduce the issue with unmodified Buildroot from [this
repository](https://gitlab.com/buildroot.org/buildroot), not from a
fork somewhere else
- [X] I can reproduce the issue on the latest commit of the branch I'm using:
- [ ] master
- [ ] stable (i.e. 20NN.MM.x - please specify)
- [X] LTS (i.e. 2025.02.18)
- [X] I can reproduce the issue after running `make clean; make`
- [ ] I attached the full build log file (e.g. `make 2>&1 |tee build.log`)
- [ ] I attached a **minimal** defconfig file that can reproduce the
issue (`make BR2_DEFCONFIG=$(pwd)/issue_defconfig savedefconfig`)
- [ ] I also attached the configuration for kconfig-based packages that
are enabled (and necessary to reproduce the issue), most notably:
- [ ] busybox
- [ ] linux
- [ ] uclibc
- [ ] uboot
- [ ] …

### What I did
Build an LTS image which includes `nfs-utils`.
---
### What happens
When a non-NFS device is seen by udev the `nfsrahead` binary crashes and produces errors in the system log.
---
### What was expected
There should be no crashes/errors because `nfsrahead` shouldn't try to operate on non-NFS devices.
---
### Extra information
It appears that the `nfs-utils` package introduced a bug into `nfsrahead` in version 2.8.6. When the 99-nfs udev rule finds devices it calls `nfsrahead`. That application should ignore non-NFS devices but it doesn't in 2.8.6.

Build snippet where `nfsrahead` is installed:
```
Making install in nfsrahead
/usr/bin/mkdir -p '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/libexec'
/usr/bin/mkdir -p '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/'
/usr/bin/mkdir -p '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/share/man/man5'
/bin/bash ../../libtool --mode=install /usr/bin/install -c nfsrahead '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/libexec'
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 99-nfs.rules '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/'
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 'nfsrahead.man' '/home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/share/man/man5/nfsrahead.5'
libtool: install: /usr/bin/install -c nfsrahead /home/builder/workspace/output/example/target/usr/libexec/nfsrahead
```
Other Linux distributions have observed this behavior as well:

It appears the problem was fixed in version 2.8.7. Performing a diff I can see `nfsrahead` changes occurred in 2.8.5, 2.8.6, and 2.8.7. There have been no changes since then and no further reported bugs.
