4.1 qc plots from registered images DEMO

Running this cell in the demo notebook does not generate png plots, but rather several ".out" files. Is there some documentation to explain what to do with these or is this not the expected output of the function?

Also, the .py scripts generated have the instruction to "use mplexable.afsub.afsub_spawn function to generate and run executable from this template", but there is no such function in the demo notebook.

Also, the .py script has "import resource" but the module is not included in the installation.
