Restructure the code

The codebase is currently a total mess. Most of the subcomand handling in main.rs, could be moved into user_interaction, clap_subcommands.rs contains functions that solely rely on the l2p or moodle which could be moved into dedicated files, many api implementations are duplicates of each other and could be abstracted and the download handlers for l2p and moodle could be merged.
