Changing base URL breaks CI

Problem

(1) Started from new imported template repo

(2) Changed base URL in config.toml to fit gitlab.io page:

baseURL = "https://develeap.gitlab.io/worker-handbook/"

=> Build broke in cryptic manner:

Error: Error building site: TOCSS: failed to transform "book.scss" (text/x-scss): resource "scss/worker-handbook/book.scss_50fc8c04e12a2f59027287995557ceff" not found in file cache

I am not sure if this is a documentation issue (i.e. it is a matter of myself missing some important action when changing base URL) or a template issue

Either way changing base URL is part of the process (as detailed in issue #4 (closed)), so I believe it needs to be remedied.
