Allow forking of project

I cloned this repo on my local machine and updated all the dependencies and ran Clippy Pedantic. Solved all the warnings and new errors from the dependency updates. All the tests are passing.

I'd really like to open a PR with all the updates, but noticed forking is greyed out for some reason.

Please either allow forking so I can PR the updates or can you please update the dependencies?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
