Unable to access the GPU

Hi,

An amazing package, but with this snap it's impossible to access GPU for acceleration. Perhaps it could be corrected by adding the opengl interface, as documented here.

Running whisper on CPU is not exactly a charm. Being able to run it on GPU really would make a difference.
