Limit link to table amount of relationships (one to many)

It'd be great if we had the ability to specify a "Link to table" field that was only able to be linked to a single row in another table vs. the current functionality that allows for as many links as you want.

Basically the option of setting a field to be one-to-one vs. the current default of one-to-many
