Searching with Cyrillic is case-sensitive

With searching with Latin characters, it's case-insensitive. This is expected because if you search for "test" and the cell value is "TeST", you still want to see it as a result. Cyrillic are case-sensitive. This is not desired and must be changed to case-insensitive as well.
