Brainbit headband is junk, looking for a refund

This product has zero support. No software available to go along with the $500 product price, RIDICULOUS. You offer an SDK that is not updated, does not work properly. After 6 hours of trying to get data out of this thing I give up, I want my money back and I will get a product that actually works.

Your bluetooth is spotty at best. It doesn't hold a connection long enough to get any data out of the headband, and the battery DOES NOT LAST 10 HOURS.

Tell me where I can get refunded for this garbage ASAP.
