Unable to search/connect to new Brainbit devices.

We have ordered a new set of Brainbit devices. The problem is we cannot connect(does not show in search) to any of them using the python SDK/ Android BrainBitApp. But in the BrainBit EEGWavesApp/NeurofeedbackApp(built with Unity), it shows up in the search, able to connect and use other functionalities. Can you please let me know if this is any known issue/ if I am doing anything wrong.

The device that works has serial ID : 131424
