License file is a template

The license file LICENCE does not complain a complete license. It contains template text with instructions about choosing a license, and sample MIT license text in which the copyright statement is not filled out.

Please replace the [year] and [fullname] in the MIT copyright statement with actual values, and remove the preliminary instructions about choosing a license.
