Performance: Consider using https://pypi.org/project/pyjson5/ to parse json's

The current version of the hook uses json5 which is noticeably slow when checking an entire repository.

pyjson5 is written in cython and appears to have significantly better performance. See: https://pypi.org/project/pyjson5/
