update email scheme

• Add two cols to user table, emailwhenlinescommit and emailwhenpicksclosing. Both are editable on the user profile page. Check how first and last name are managed, it'll be the same.
• Emails will have unsubscribe button with link to edit profile page. Add logo to email footer as well.
• Change note in instructions about the late pick reminder, as well as all docstrings.
• The last thing commitlines will do is email users.
• Add commitlines button to admin panel.
