admin view updates

• Add bootstrap form for late picks.
• Make the Brand link in the admin view navbar point back to the contest.
• If you successfully copy the admin templates over, maybe make it extend my own navbar template so the header stays (and make it highlight the admin nav with nav_active properly).
• Remove the home button from the admin navbar (copy the template over and just delete it).
• Fix the < br > in the admin view.
