An ongoing transfer will be hindered when the device window, behind the transfer progress dialog, is clicked

As described in the title, clicking on the device window, which will be behind the progress dialog during an ongoing transfer, will significantly hinder said transfer. The effect will be more dramatic if such action is done repeatedly. This issue is probably due to the fact that the transfer routine is very dependent on the GUI side via the progress dialog, where the progress is shown and from where the ongoing transfer can be aborted.
