Bug: Triggers - message to forward not found

It seems like some messages that are sent as triggers are deleted. After a message one time is deleted, the trigger belonging to it should be deleted too. But it should notify users.

Acceptance

• The BadRequest(message) with the message Message to forward not found is caught on calling_trigger
• Users are notified about the deletion of the trigger
• trigger is deleted
