calculate more exact pit times when car, track, and layout are selected in initial strategy calculations

Once #85 (closed) is implemented and the user can already choose more detailed data for strategy calculations, the pit time for each stint should be calculated based on the choices, and a full service (stint required fuel/VE + 4 tyres).
