Version 1.0 is the first officially stable release. Some of the goals are:

• A stable cache format (local and remote).
• Consolidate all configuration parameters (e.g. in terms of naming and orthogonality).
• If necessary, consolidate command line options.
• Improved documentation (e.g. how hashing works, how to write Lua or C++ wrappers, etc).

Once v1.0 has been released, no breaking changes to the cache formats, configuration options or command line arguments may be introduced until v2.0.
