GUI: Fix network traffic unit

BigBlockIfTrue requested to merge BigBlockIfTrue/bitcoin-cash-node:bug/kbps into master

This changes the unit used in the Network Traffic graph in the Node Window to "kB/s" (lowercase k) and makes it untranslatable, consistent with size units elsewhere.
