The guide for Gitian building with docker on Fedora isn't working

If you follow the guide here: https://gitlab.com/bitcoin-cash-node/bitcoin-cash-node/-/blob/master/doc/gitian-building/gitian-building-setup-gitian-fedora.md

you run into a problem when you reach this step: bin/make-base-vm --docker --arch amd64 --suite buster --distro debian

I have reported the issue with gitian here: https://github.com/devrandom/gitian-builder/issues/227 with no useful reply yet.

I have also asked on the bitcoin Github: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/18648#issuecomment-613992697 They don't seem like they want to keep that part of the guide updated.

My suggestion is to remove the entire Fedora part of the Gitian building guide. (And I will be happy to do that, if it is ok.)
