Manage translations on Transifex

Hi,

Following up a discussion on GH here, I'm coming to ask if you would consider setting up translation management on Transifex? The biggest part of Nextcloud apps are already there, and I'm sure the translator community would be happy to contribute to OCBookmarks too! At least, I'd be glad to contribute French translation 😄
