vocabulary_backup2origin.py

this code is not working, because on how the vocabulary maintenance script depend on each other. i have once to clean out the appsavocabulary/management/commands/ part of the code. for the moment this is not a big issue. just keep in mind that changes to own vocabulary will only be stored in backup and not in origin version of the voci.
