macOS BigSur build not available on pip

Pip installation returns with error as there is no built whl file for macOS BigSur (arch amd64) in pypi. As a temporary solution one can obtain python universal installer and use python3-intel64 but it would run on Rosetta emulator which is slower than the normal one.
