Adapt/correct documentation

Actually, the documentation is up-to-date (as soon as you do not forget to adapt the rst files).

Because of DTR integration (replacing project ID specification), we have to update the screenshots at https://sett.readthedocs.io/.

However --purpose got forgotten.
