Tool tips for sett-gui

Many of the labels or menu options would be not too obvious for new users (e.g. Encrypt tab: "Compress inner tarball" and a checkbox, ticked by default). Suggest to add tool tips on mouse hover over to further explain or give an example what the option is all about (e.g. is it optional to leave Output suffix blank?). On Roadmap for v2.0 perhaps?
