Make the sidebar expandible

The sidebar should be collapsible. The collapsed version will only show the icons - as it does now - whereas the expanded version will also show a label.

• By default it should be expanded.
• The state should be persisted between different runs.
• Don't render the tooltip if the sidebar is expanded.
• The label should match the title of the tab (but drop "data").
