showActions is based on `canEdit`/`canDelete` as value only (and NOT as function)

Up to the type definition, canEdit
could either be a value or a function. So, following statement is wrong:
const showActions = !!(canEdit || canDelete);
Rather it must be something like:
canEdit={isFunction(canEdit) ? canEdit(row.original) : canEdit}
But what would be row
in the first example? To clarify as well:
{cell.render('Cell', cell.column.id === actionsColumnId
? { canEdit, canDelete } : undefined )}
