remove redundant rules sections

The module had footnotes to explain rules as they came up. Then every book got bespoke rules at the start. These explanations aren't necessary any more.

Options:

1. Remove them.
2. Remove them, and place footnotes to rules as they come up, then place the rules glossary at the back.
3. Remove them, then place the rules glossary at the back, but explain the rules with a Choose-Your-Own adventure booklet, using all the images from the live-play.

That last option would require a big booklet; maybe 8 pages of A5 (i.e. 2 pages of A4 folded).
