Determine skip vote behavior on a talk that already has a vote
Currently, a user cannot use the "skip" button to update an existing vote for a given talk proposal. This behavior is undefined, and it should be clarified. Possible options are:
- Skipping clears the current vote
- Skip is no longer an option once a vote has been cast
I'm inclined to take the latter approach, but I'd like to open this to discussion, as there may be valid use cases for "un-voting" with the same reasoning as allowing skips to begin with (an unwanted vote is inherently noise and detracts from the results). Thoughts?
