PLIMBO 0.0.1 released.

This commit constitutes the first and presumably only stable release of
Planarian Interface for Modelling Body Organization (PLIMBO) specific to
the under-review publication "Neural Control of Body-plan Axis in
Regenerating Planaria." All subsequent work (if any) is likely to
proceed under the more general-purpose moniker of BiCoDi (Biological
Convective Diffusion), a friendly fork of this project.
