Log Backends

User Story

As a developer, I want to select the log backends at compile time, so that I can use any hardware interface to output log information.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Common backends (ITM, RTT) are supported out of the box.
2. A global serial output can be defined by the user.
3. Multi backend can be selected at the same time.
