Add SCP-3008-2 (Staff)

Closes #4 (closed).
Current features:

  • They spawn out of sight
  • They move around
  • They pathfind
  • They docile by day, hostile(ish) by night
  • They die
  • They have loot
  • They scary as hecc bois

Todo probably:

  • Need to attack players
  • Vertical navigation
  • Other things

Bugs exist.
