work on implementation of Flask-Security:

* moved markdown images into a folder inside the static root
of the theme, until we work out if we won't use flask frozen
instead
* adds a featured_image: key to the md for test
* does template adaptations to check if key is used
* copied templates of the flask-security login system to the
template folder and began some mods
