Movement randomly goes at full speed

Caused by SystemTick timer (1khz 16 bit) overflowing - control loop runs too quickly, causing encoder values to be smaller and driving up power indefinitely

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
