Error "Can't fopen" + "Failed to create info.smdh"

ERROR: Could not load image file: can't fopen.

ERROR: Failed to create info.smdh.

I keep getting this errors when trying to deploy my theme, but all the images are okay, and I filled everything correctly. Is there anything I can check or do?
