Article page PHASE 1
Create a page where articles can be published
Create a publicly accessible page "Discover Reports" based on the exiting Dataset discovery module where reports in pdf format in addition to some additional information can be published.

1. Explorer view in frontend Create a page in which all users get a filterable and searchable list of published articles

Authors, following the general guidelines applied for displaying references in the application. Briefly: display a maximum of 3 authors separated by ";", if the publication has more more than 3 authors display first 2 authors followed by "et al." written in italics.
