[OS Integration] Associate .acme file extension with pyacmegraph

To further enable OS integration (Ubuntu/Gnome, Windows, MacOS, ...), .acme file extension shall be associated with pyacmegraph, so that when the user double-click on the file in a file explorer, it automatically opens the pyacmegraph application and load (display) the file. It is an equivalent to the '--load' command line argument.
