Partially complete big rewrite -- SO BROKEN!! · 024736fe

Directly using normpaths and normsubpaths from PyX is horrible for the slicer.
Also I needed to add atributes to lines and curves.

      Solution is to:
      * subclass normcurve_pt and normline_pt (scurve and sline)
      * make new spath which is a a list of scurves and slines
      * have spath be able to return normpaths or normsubpaths to use in the powerful PyX functions
      * spath naturally works in mm

Partially complete, basic path creation is done. Layer module hasn't been updated nor has g-code generations

      * method replaces a part of a path with another path with the same end points
      * this can be used to replace gcode from a model with precalculated code
      * for simplicity it currently looks for one line which starts and stops at
the start and end of the path to replace it with
