block: adding company api and messing with a few other small things. updating integration tests to automatically pull transaction results (as opposed to having an explicit second step). i was originally thinking the company member stuff could go under the company itself, but now im realizing this is probably a dumb idea and im just going to put it in companies_members_history, so this is a good time to check in
