C2S OAuth support

Epicyon is currently listed as supporting the client to server C2S protocol, but not supporting OAuth.

Opening this issue to track potential support for OAuth (and the emerging ecosystem of client apps).

For reference there is an ActivityPub API Taskforce that is looking to standardise an OAuth profile.
