Missing any kind of tutorial

I like the ideas behind the project, but having installed it, and running it, I do not see how to publish blog posts, how to target audiences. It is not easy to see the link between images and posts, there are all kind of menu options that I have no idea what they do. It might be that I am stupid, but honestly I do not think so. I miss a user manual, or what would be even beter, a self explaining user interface.
