Bug with frontend filters

In https://gitlab.com/baserow/baserow/-/merge_requests/3676 we made some changes to fix an issue with OR condition.

We still have a problem when there are no filters in the root group, but only in sub-groups.

The picture below shows a scenario where the field remains visible, regardless of the applied filters or the conditions of the previous fields.
