Create a pie chart

We want to introduce Pie chart as a new chart widget.

It should have its own button in the menu to add a new widget

It should only be possible to select a single data series, since multiple pies cannot be stacked.

For the same reason, it shouldn't be possible to switch between pie and line/bar chart and viceversa
