Typing quickly inside the colour picker results in an autofilled value

Describe the problem

When using the style options and specifically the colour pallete settings; When filling in the value for the colour, if you type it fast, it autofills the rest after the 3rd character has been input, resulting in most likely the wrong colour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a text element
2. Open the styling options of that text element
3. Click on the colour value to bring up the colour wheel menu
4. Input #ebe fast inside the colour input field
