Add shortcut for element menu actions

Related to #2302 (closed)

• Delete/Suppr key to remove an element
• Up/Down keys to move an element across the y-axis on a Page
• "D" key to duplicate an element
• Left/Right keys to move an element across the x-axis within a container (e.g. a Column element)
• "P" key to select a parent element
