Use "Collaborator" field type in formulas

Feature description

Ability to use the "Collaborator" field type in formulas.

In creating a vacation tracker, it's not possible to grab the collaborator's name to use in a formula field, not even with the totext() function. The workaround would be to create a Link to table field, but that requires manually inputting the team members in a separate table, rather than use the ones fetched from the Collaborator type field.
